Our mission
Make high-quality English speaking education more accessible.
We are building for children who may have limited opportunities to practise English at home. Our aim is to combine good teaching design with appropriate technology so that children can practise speaking, hear clear models and build confidence at a manageable pace.
Our learning outcome
Clear, functional and internationally intelligible English. Children are not expected to imitate a particular accent, and local accents are respected when speech remains understandable.
What we are building
A guided English speaking journey for young learners.
Koo English is currently in product and curriculum development. The first release is planned for children aged 6–8 and their parents, with support for education partners.
Structured progression
A carefully sequenced journey that builds readiness, sound awareness, early vocabulary and simple conversation.
Supportive feedback
AI-supported checks intended to identify sounds that may need more practice, without discouraging the learner.
Parent and educator visibility
Simple progress information to help adults understand participation, strengths and areas for further support.
Multilingual guidance
Initial instructional support is planned in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
